Great airsoft shop with great customer service! I am across the country in terms of their physical store and had some hiccups with the checkout process, but one phone call and it was all walked through with professionalism and class with the store staff! package came through 4 or 5 days later with everything as expected! I would like to formally shout out Simon, for his great customer service and his ability to walk me through the purchasing and shipping process. 10/10 experience shopping here, would recommend to anyone looking for top notch airsoft gear for a fair price! Would definitely order from here again!
Very welcoming atmosphere. Ive been to a lot of shops over the years and these guys shocked me with their patience and friendliness. Every other shop ive visited has been full of pretentious snobs that make you feel unwelcome in their space. Was visiting ontario from New Brunswick. Great staff who gladly helped me. Had everything I was looking for. The used geat prices are awsome. Will definitely be placing online orders. Aswell as spreading the good word on thr east coast
Went in to for the first time. Have been to other places in the gta as that’s where I’m originally from, not the name names but certain stores were very rude as perhaps I was very new to airsoft, I own a decent ar but it was a gift from a friend so I had no clue about anything. Never the less I went walking into quarter master expecting perhaps the same type of service however The guy working there at the time was super nice. looking forward to bringing my gun in for a repair. And definitely looking to purchase a side arm from here. Fun story just to show their honesty to customers, I was told by the staff working to hold off on buying a side arm on my first visit and wait a week or two till they restock to eliminate a chance of me having buyers remorse. ??
Very happy to have found them online. Quality stock and up-to-date inventory ... finally! Their only weak point is to ship with canada post, but its worth the wait
