Being professional seems to be an issue here ..so if it shows you are opened until 6pm ..but don't open or answer you phones for 3 days in a row..to have wasted time going to the store by bus to end up not being able to even get in the store..even the sign in front shows it's opened. BTW when you get people of different cultures remember they are still customers..not just your own race matters when it involves money.
Honestly 10 out of 10 every single time we go in. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He gave me recommendations to make my wanton soup more authentic and tasty. The store was clean and was easy to find everything needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I recommend this store! The lady was so nice and welcoming to all the questions I had! The store has great variety of African, Caribbean and Asian food stuff decently priced for things that are so rare to find in this city sometimes.
Went here to buy some oxtail. I was very impressed with their selection of Asian and caribbean items. I would definitely go back there. Only problem is that it is a small store so it looks a bit crowded inside.
Tropical Delight is a one of a kind store. Its clean, well stock, and easily accessible with ample space for parking. For all your cooking needs e.g pinoy dish, and other ethnic menus you can 99% sure find the ingredients needed. Also the owner and the person working at the counter (Marivic Tubig) is so good with her customers that she will do everything possible to accommodate any of your requests. I highly recommend this place to anybody whether it be for your grocery shopping or sending remittances to your love ones.
