Great butcher shop. All the steaks are great, my go to at butcher shops are sausages and dougs has hands down my favorite sausage yet, no garbage meat in that casing. Great burgers too as well.
I was looking for some burgers and bacon and I came across this place on Google. It’s a nice set up and the store was clean. We thought the meat was good. The price was very good as well.

We ordered a large prime rib roast for a Christmas dinner and it was fabulous! Very tender, well marbled and prepared. Thank you for making our dinner a big success as this was the highlight of the dinner. Highly recommend Doug’s. We have found our new butcher in St Catharines.
Stopped in for first time and picked up Honey Garlic sausages. I am very picky about sausages and have always bought them from another north end butcher. These were the best I’ve ever had. They were beautiful - flavour and no gristle. I will be back to try more! Thank you!
Went into the store today 02/28/2020 to buy some meat with my skeptical wife to show her how nice and clean the store was. We waited for the clerk to finish with the previous customer and after cashing him out he came to the display where we were looking at the product and asked if he could help us. We said we would like some sausage and he reached in touching them with his unwashed hands he had just touched the till and debit machine with the previous customer. We paid for them and left unfortunately never to return again Ray
First time to this location, I was very impressed with how clean and organized the store is. The meat is awesome. I needed to find a good butcher in StCatharines and this is it. I rather pay a little extra for meat instead of going to the big grocery stores at least I know the quality is there at the smaller store. I would recommend shopping at this store, I will be going back soon.
