John and Travis have gone above and above for service needs on my bmw, always honest and Straightforward with service needs on my x5, I do highly recommend performance bmw.
I have send my car to the service because I’m hearing some noise from the bottom it’s like a Metal Noise So they called me and they said we checked the car and everything was good we didn’t find any issues to fix And you have to pay bc the guy he’s been checking ur car for 2 hour but if we found the problem and we fix it you don’t have to pay .. And I’m like i have a warranty why do i have to pay that … Anyways I paid $192.04 And then i get the car back and the nose still same thing even more basically they just like RIPPED ME OFF I will be never back again to this location!!!! And I don’t recommend it to anybody if you are going to buy a car they will be so nice and then big fofo!!!!!

This place gave me trimmission problem on my m3 I only went there for check engine light they told me it’s my fault now even though the transmission problem happened while in their care so I paid $2,000 for check engine light and I got a transmission problem as well
