Just bought an Phone 15+ here at a very reasonable place. Gave me a good deal for the phone with a case and charger. Even showed me how to transfer data from my old phone, gave me a sim card get to transfer. Very satisfied.
went in looking for an iphone case. found one i liked and the young man gave me a decent deal. went home, tried it on my new phone (fresh from the box, not set up) and it would not fit. tried for half an hour to snap it on but it wouldnt fit. brought it back and another man was there. explained my problem and he was immediately defensive. demanded to see the phone and insisted on putting the case on himself. obviously i didnt have it because its not set up yet. he said he cant know if it doesnt fit if i didnt have it in front of him. i didn’t understand how he could be defensive when his store doesnt issue refunds… he got his money, not sure why it mattered if it fit or not?? ended up getting another one (because they dont do refunds) and it ended up being of lesser value, he wouldnt refund the $5 difference. his only suggestion was to spend more money. dont buy from here, the bad reviews are true. should have listened giving 2 star cuz the first guy was nice

Pretty disappointed at the person working at the store. I recently went in to buy an apple charging cable, asked if he product was an Original Apple Product and the seller said it was original. Fun fact: it was not. Selling a fake product saying it is original is a pretty bad thing, specially charging the same amount as in any other store. I guess I learned my lesson of never buying from this place again.

Buyer Beware - Wireless + is a unprofessional, substandard, inadequate retail store dealing in the resale of used cell phones/tablets, without providing proper information about the refurbishing process for the devices being purchased. Wireless + sold me a Apple IPhone 11 Pro, and did not disclose the screen had been replaced with a aftermarket solution that resulted in a unusable IPhone 11 pro. Wireless + stated all sales are finale and no return credit would be applied. The owner of Wireless + said he would replace the screen with the same inadequate aftermarket one that had previously failed. We ended up paying an additional $450.00 to receive a IPhone that operated properly without aftermarket parts. Avoid business transactions with Wirleess + at all costs.
