I recently entered Mac Outpost feeling desperate as it appeared as though I had erased several pages of a document. Derrick listened to my situation and was very sympathetic and understanding that I’m in my 80 s and not too proficient with technology. I was thrilled that he was able to retrieve my writings and patiently showed me how to prevent the situation from recurring. When I asked what I owed him he replied " nothing!" How kind of him and I certainly left feeling very relieved and more comfortable about completing my document safely. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
So disappointed with service here, they don’t know what they are doing. Very surprised that Apple allows their brand reputation ruined like this. Went to jump+ pen centre, they are very professional and they fixed my AirPods with half the price outpost said.
Visited tday to have my IPhone checked..Spoke with Richard..he was GREAT! He checked some settings …fixed up what he saw…and my fingers are crossed that it all is better…If not …I’ll be back in touch w Richard..Thanks so much for being patient?
The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Have a Mac problem? They'll solve it. This place sets the bar for how a computer service and sales store should be, both in quality of staff and expertise in selection and service. The prices are very fair as well.
Absolute swindlers; I brought in a 2010 macbook pro, they assured me it would be able to do the simple things I asked if it could do, if the drive & ram were upgraded. I really only need to use google docs & sheets. I upgraded the drive & ram, and neither docs nor sheets works smoothly enough to be useable. I even tried downloading older versions of chrome specifically for High Sierra, I've tried everything I can think of, and/or, find on reddit. They really had a responsibility to be honest with me. Now I wasted +$400 with them, when I could have just bought a newer refurbished mac from apple directly for a few bucks more. I'm feeling really swindled, they should have been honest with me. TLDR: They take advantage of people, aren't honest and forthcoming about capabilities.
Excellent customer service! I came here a couple of years ago to get my 2017 MacBook Pro fixed. They were incredibly helpful and offered an affordable price. I brought the same MacBook here recently for a different problem, and Derrick was extremely helpful and informative with providing me solutions, as well as answering any and all questions I had thoroughly.
Extremely satisfied with the customer service and support from Roxy and the staff at Mac Outpost St. Catharines. Not only resolved my laptop issues but SAVED my photos. I had a crashed computer and just thought I lost everything. I feel really lucky my photos were saved by what I believe is great experience and knowledge of the staff.
