I wouldn’t recommend this center to others. They have listening session where candidates are soooo close to each other. I was able to listen what my both sides candidates were listening on their headphones. It is too loud for listening session which supposed to be more focused than other sessions. It is too distracting because you can hear everything so clearly. Crazy part is that there is not enough space between candidates And they have kept cardboards as a barrier. The organizers want more money so they stuffed more candidates in one room with very limited space. Please don’t go if you are giving celpip because you would get less score due to distractions in most of the sessions.
BITTS was an incredible experience to take my CELPIP test. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient, they explained the process very well and they answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to take the same test.
Had an extremely disappointing experience at the BITTS St. Catharines location during the MET test. Was asked to remove a religious shawl, showing a clear lack of cultural sensitivity. The assigned computer had technical issues, and there was no technical support available since it was a Sunday—unacceptable for a scheduled test day. After traveling from Hamilton on a day off, being told the test might need to be rescheduled was frustrating and disrespectful. Though a different computer was eventually used, the environment remained unprofessional, with staff casually chatting during the test. Overall, a very poor and distressing experience.
Attended IELTS exam 2.5 months ago. Did not receive hard copy of IELTS result to may mail address. They checked the address, it seems right. Whenever asking them about the TRF, they replied that they did not know anything. They suggested to re-apply for TRF with a charge of $75 with express courier. It is their fault but they want payment from us top re-print the TRF.
