I called Stella’s requesting a service call to my house to repair my gas fireplace. Sal had other plans for me. Instead of just booking an appointment and easily taking whatever amount of money it would have costed to tell me the solution, Sal walked me through, step by step, over the phone on how to get my gas fireplace to work. It’s now working exactly how it’s meant to and it didn’t cost me a penny. I’m very grateful for the service Stella’s and Sal provided me. Would highly recommend this business to anyone.
One of the best service calls I ever had. I called regarding a small issue I was having with my gas fireplace which I got from Stella's 9 years ago. The lady I spoke to walked me through troubleshooting my unit over the phone. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my unit back on in 10 minutes. Thank you!
Called recently to ask if they had charcoal lighters for charcoal, the woman seemed not to understand so i asked do you sell charcoal bbqs? She said yes and i asked how do you recommend a customer lights one? She answered thats not my department. I will never shop there
