Never trust this guys, Did a bulk meat order through phone, spoke about the price, fixed the order Next day when we came nobody there knew about the order and charged us more than the price they told. Very bad customer service.
A good store that offers most of the halal products, halal meat and some imported products from the Middle East, at reasonable and suitable prices. The cashier has good manners.
bad customer service. Woman at the cash was rude, and she was on the phone ignoring customers. Asked for a price of an item and when I cashed out she changed the price. They will give you a hard time if you want to return anything as well. Avoid this store.
Worst location there’s uncontrolled traffic and their inventory is useless not sure who they cater to because for south asians they just have shaan masalay and the rest is for sudanese or other countries. Still very little inventory waste of time
The customer service at alnoor is the worst i have ever seen... especially the man working in the meat section. When we asked him to double check the correct wieght he threw a fit and told us to take the item the way it was. After explaining that we had the right to know what we were paying for the owner got involved and still charged us for the wrong item. I have been coming to alnoor for the last couple of years but today was my last visit. I would not recommend anyone to shop here unless they want to get scammed and deal with rude staff
Asked for 10lb of beef shoulder this afternoon, along with other shopping with my family. After getting home and preparing the meat for the freezer, noticed that the labeling indicated "veal" and not "beef" (no they are not the same)...and when weighed, the actual weight was 2.2lbs less than the labeling. Will NOT be buying here again.
Extremely rude and worst customer service ever especially by the person in the meat section (if you know, you know... he's always cranky and will look at you like he's doing you a favor by helping you). On top of that, this person will keep speaking to me in his language even though I dont speak his language. Does not have the curtesy to greet customers and clearly doesnt know how to speak to customers. These people dont understand that you should never take your customers for granted, just because there are few to no options available in the city, most people come here, when time comes and there are better options available, not even a fly will come to this store. I have been coming here for the last 4 years but today was my last visit and I'll also make sure none of the people I know shop here again.
