A walk-in clinic and pharmacy. The waiting area has TV and a collection of fish tanks. The doctor was friendly and helpful. They can do some basic tests there, so I didn't have to run off to a lab after seeing the doctor. The pharmacist was helpful in finding the least expensive version of my prescription. For minor emergencies, it saves many hours over going to the hospital.
OMG,Dr John Chrysler is the worst doctor ever. He is arrogant and we are never going back.
Dr. Crystler is probably the worst Dr. Ive ever met. Wait times are great on week days. In the morning i usually go right into the room and the Dr. Is there. But he is arrogant, condescending and negligent. He will bit listen to you. He decides whats wrong with you. He doesnt listen to you and ask questions. He just decides. He talks down to you and is dismissive. Besides him, the clinic is good. The people in the pharmacy are great. But Dr. Crystler is a horrible Dr. With an unlikeable personality. Do not recommend
I waited over an hour and a half to see a doctor and never did. I was brought into a clinic room after only 15 minutes and was told the doctor would be with me shortly. I asked for help after another half hour, and was told he was just finishing up with another patient and would be seeing me after. After another 45 min, asked AGAIN, was told there were still people waiting ahead of me. No one was honest about wait-times, no one cared. I left, went to Ontario St. Clinic, was seen in 10 min.
Receptionist no where to be found for 20+ minutes... great wait times....LOL NOT
