Went there as my sisters were having an ice cream craving. We weren’t sure what to order since my sisters are quite picky eaters, but Manpreet at the counter was extremely helpful and patient with us. She took the time to recommend what to try, and we ended up loving her suggestions! Kudos to people like Manpreet who genuinely care about helping customers and create such a great service experience.
The lady was nice. And to be honest this is happening everywhere. The place was disgusting. But in a way that you forget about till the next time. I'll try not to go back. When you have seats, you should be extra careful about my gripe.
Been there to get mango ice cream , we got take home for 19.99 which was not filled properly , very disappointing and worse service ever, on top we tried to scan the reward card , we were told it’s not being scanned. Even if she counted the scoops, the scoops were not full either.when your pre packet comes filled upto the top why it’s given partially filled to us??
Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for ice cream with 2 staff there but only one working at a very slow pace. Just to get told they have none of the flavours left that we wanted *tubs were empty and there’s no more in the back* this was on 6+ different flavours. No sold out signs on any of the ice creams. Horrible!!
I asked for an Oreo cake with dark grey and light grey contrast and it turned out great. My son actually loved it. They did an amazing job and the customer service was great as well. She was just as excited about my idea as I was. Thank you again!
Horrible experience. There were no waffle cones. Even though employee was standing with no customers. Why wouldn’t she make any? Also, out if mom’s makin cookies. Inconsistent with popular ice cream varieties. Prices too high
I called this location to order a custom cake over the phone because the flavour I need is not available to place online. I was told by an employee they do not accept phone orders, and that I’d need to come into the store to place a custom cake order. This is pretty strange as I’ve ordered custom cakes over the phone in the past without any issue whatsoever. It’s a really strange policy and I won’t be wasting my time to drive to the store to place an order, when it could easily be done online if they offered the flavour I need, or just take the order over the phone, as I’ve done many times in the past. I offered to pre-pay for the cake to ensure they receive payment and the order can be placed, but it didn’t make a difference to them. Policies making it harder for consumers to place orders isn’t great business practice.
