I called for a quote for my cars. I was put in contact with an Emily Kulak. She was very helpful and I had no trouble understanding her. She went out of her way to answer all my concerns. Emily was also very friendly and even though i probably kept her on the call to long asking questions and she was very patient with me.

Had my policy with them since i was old enough to drive. The owner has no idea how to treat customers. I payed a very high rate as well for no reason they say the best well they can think that but i switched to duliban great customer service unlike this place.
