I would have rated this as a 5 before. I drive across town to go to this place but lately the bathroom is out of order. I pay lots of money to do my laundry every week there. It's been out if order for a long time and lately no one's there. Other then that it's the cleanest place I've been too. Please open your bathroom .
I live nearby and only use thus place when I am desperate. But even then I am severely disappointed with the upkeep of this place. There are always lots of machines out of order and signs everywhere cause no one actually manages the place. Today as I stand here both vending machines are almost completely empty, the washroom is out of service and at least 8 washing machines are out of order. This will be my very last time using this facility and I think that anyone else who goes here would be just as dissapointed on the upkeep of the building, especially given the prices. You can go to better maintained places for cheaper.
I only rated this location 2 because the washroom was out of service, the person onsite said the closest washroom was a 10min walk and when I told my kid to pee outside the onsite worker of this laundromat called the police on me. I let him know I didnt drive and this location doesnt have much shops around. Also my daughter had been waiting an hour prior to the incident. He also tried to follow my daughter. If she was a boy it wouldnt have been a problem. Other than that it is a clean location and the clothes washed clean. Better CustomerCare needed I would have rated a 4 had it not been for the guy working at this location.
My first time here and its a neat place, the machines are neat as well. Ill definitely recommend.
The cleanest and best laundromat I have been to. I travel from Niagara Falls to use it!
