I worked with Robert and Andrea, they were amazing. Karina Bauer's (an earlier post) lawyer had really giving them a hard time and they were put in a hard position. Robert's client (my father) had left the country and left Robert and Andrea in an even harder spot. The Bauer's lawyer was trying to use a loop hole to take an extra $3000.00 off the sale price and Robert closed the deal without that happening. Thank you Robert and Andrea that was a rough closing for everyone involved, when I saw Karina post I was upset as you were our lawyer not theirs.
