Nice building in a beautiful city
Like everything in the Niagara Region, nepotism at it's finest.
Called City Hall twice this week and on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. Unacceptable.

Such a disgrace the way you treat citizens! I had an Injury and couldn't park in the garage so I parked in the lot right outside (between king and St. Paul). I paid twice since there is a 3 hour max but the second time would only let me pay until 10 minutes before my shift ended 4:50 and I was finished at 5. I even left a note explaining my situation that I had paid 9 dollars and would be out at 5 and I STILL got ticketed 4 minutes before my shift ended! Hilarious.
