2 am on a Saturday night and he came within 15 mins of calling and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Frank's.
He was absolutely AMAZING. Even on a saturday night he didn't charge me extra like most companies would for after-hours. He charged a very affordable student discount almost 1/5 of what other lock smiths wanted! He arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call and unlocked the door in less than 5 minutes!Definitely recommend him!
My daughter locked herself out of her house near Brock University and Franks Security was there within the hour to let her in. Cost about half of other locksmiths. Highly recommend.
Locked myself out of the bathroom at 11:30pm and within minutes after calling he was at my door. He was quick, efficient and such a sweet man! I recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
Worst service, very rude gentleman answered the phone. I asked if I could call him back as I was receiving a call and he told me that I couldn't as it was late. So I asked him to just come out now and he said he had been drinking and it would have to wait until morning. If you run a 24 hour emergency business don't be irresponsible, or have other employees for when this happens.
