Bestway? Worstway. The products are decent and priced okay, they have decent community support - however, your customer service is absolutely terrible. While your staff are friendly - it seems so clear that they don't communicate with each other or relay information effectively. Very uncoordinated communication skills, does not leave me feeling comfortable with your services. Likely won't interact again, likely will shop elsewhere with more put together and coordinated staff.
Absolutely Amazing! Will not ever buy from a big box store ever again. not only were they kind a courteous, they honestly genuinely care. They are the best and will never go anywhere else!
If you every need a bed, Bestway Bedding is the place to go. They are super helpful in getting the right mattress that fits your needs. While talking with the sales rep I never once felt pressured into purchasing anything. We needed a custom size bed for our RV bed and we were leaving to go camping in about a 4 days after putting our order in. They were busy and even if not, we knows custom beds can take time, so we werent expecting to have our bed before we left, which was perfectly ok and understandable. Not only did they have it ready in time for before we left, it was ready for pickup within 2 days. It was such a great experience from walking in to receiving our mattress and still is, as it is a well made comfortable mattress.
Had a fantastic experience shopping here! They make the mattresses to order, are incredibly professional, and not pushy. They really do want you to have bedding that works for you. Compared to big stores like sleep country, this one takes the cake! They helped my partner and I find the right mattress for us, gave us space to think about it, and worked with us to get the bed delivered. We also purchased latex pillows. Customer service is everything here, and I love to support a more local business myself. I would recommend you shop here.
Bestway Bedding is the only mattress you need to purchase. Very friendly staff! I just purchased the SERENE COMFORT queen mattress and haven't slept so comfortably ever....my 3rd bed I have purchased from this store. Thankyou Bestway Bedding!!!
I got a mattress & box spring from Besrway around 3 1/2 years ago & was told it comes with a 10 year warranty ! Now the springs r coming thru the box spring & I can't even sleep oniit after 3 1/2 years ! I' have friends who have experienced the same problem with their mattress ! Just an honest review !
Purchase a king size mattress and a couple of dog beds from the lady working in the front. She provided us with excellent service, we had a couple of issues and she resolved immediately.
