I had a terrible experience here today. I was charged $140 for an oil change! I came in just for an oil change, and without asking, went ahead and replaced my oil filter with a premium one and used synthetic oil without my consent or even informing me of the extra charges beforehand. *Picture is without tax (Plus $16 in tax)
Get ready i will be there tomorrow morning put a bulb in and it was the wrong one had some chick saying you put wrong one in changed to the right one worked and 3 days later same bulb is out so pissed ? should have known when the guy put in wrong light bulb and had to have a chick tell him and change it I will be back in the morning can't fix what needed yet charge almost 30 to change it so disappointed worst place ever dont go can't even change a bulb man you need to be shut down
Oil change today. Corporate account, only reason I went there. Oil stains in my driveway now and all inside the engine compartment. Got the feeling they knew that but didn't care. Also tried to sell me on an air filter when the one I have is basically new. Going elsewhere. Oh, to top it off, they inflated my tires to 42 psi on ones that are maximum 35. Really suck.

I asked for a regular oil change, and they showed me oil filter asking if I wanted to also change it. I said No. they proceeded to put a new oil filter in, a premium oil filter and synthetic oil after not asking for either. After I explained to them I had asked for regular oil and said no to the filter. They said the manufacturer would’ve gotten them in trouble, I was dumbfounded by that response. They charged me $100. They also told me they put air in my tire when they saw my dash they said one tire was low, no they didn’t. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, they didn’t close my Hood properly, I had to get out a close it halfway down the street before it flow open.
I came to St. Catharines as a student and have been going to these guys for six years. They’re always thorough, always kind, always talk me through everything they’re doing and go above and beyond. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, I highly recommend them!
Great oil change experience. They take care to do things right: cleaned the windshield, tire pressure check not rushed, door hinges lightly sprayed, and the engine air filter change was reasonably priced. Thanks team!
