When I first bought my Ball Python I was terrified. I asked the owner to come over after his shift to help teach me how to handle her. He eased my fears and taught me a bit about my new snake. In fact, I not only lost my fears instantly, I fell so in love with her I went to his store and bought another one. He is also always giving discounts when you buy multiple items at once. All the staff are great.
We had Niagara Exotics attend our daughters birthday and put on an amazing reptile show. 21 loud and hyper 7 year olds, did bother the staff or the animals at all. Awesome variety of snakes, lizards, a frog the size of a basketball, tourtise, scorpion and many more. SCOTT literally had the answer to every question he really knows his stuff. We also attend the shop a couple times a month for crickets for my daughters gecko, every time we go in the staff shows us a different animal, or we watch the feedings, or they let my kids hold an animal. If I could give this place a 6 I would, awesome people that truly know there stuff!!
Bought a Red Tail Boa from here a while ago and the purchase process was super smooth and we were able to get everything we needed for him right there. They also sell all sorts of feeding option from meal worms to gold fish to many different sizes of rats. I dont plan on going anywhere else for any of my exotic pet needs. The owner is super awesome and always full of all the information need. I've been recomending this shop to all my friends and will continue to do so from now on.

Beautiful store, awesome displays, great variety of animals and a great variety of feeders, always pick up frozen qual and chicks when I'm there. There was one time I bought some crickets, got home and realized most were dead from when they counted them out by flattening the plastic bag over them. Keep an eye out, accidents happenOther than that small hiccup, its a great store. Very friendly staff, with a great atmosphere !
