Wow! We came from Toronto for a wedding and found this amazing gem. It is hands down one of the best boutique breakfast places we have ever ate at! The food was clean & delicious with an array of options. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Will definetely be returning wish they could come home with us to Toronto!! :)
One word, perfect. Open for 8 months now, we just found this place. You would not be able to tell from the outside what a wonderful treat youre in for. Everything is fresh and home made. The breads just came out of the oven. The meats out of the smoker. The owner served the food with welcoming smile. The food is delicate, thoughtful and diverse. The Pork belly, avocados, ratatouille or salmon, you simply cannot go wrong. In the end we were arguing about whose meal was best. It says a lot when we couldnt come to a consensus.Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Update: I want to like this place, but the food is just not there. Very nice restaurant. Very fresh ingredients. Food needs flavour. After a few visits, the food always looks and sounds amazing, but once you eat it, everything is very underseasoned or not seasoned at all. Food taste does not match price. Very friendly and nice staff. Food could have a bit more seasoning, but other than that, it's pretty good.
Pretty good breakfast/brunch spot for an omnivore who has a little extra cash. Definitely not a cheap place as I think the least expensive meal item is $15 but you get what you pay for. The ingredients and the dishes themselves are high in quality and for the most part the serving sizes leave you well-fed. Weekends are obviously busier and there will be a wait but if you have a chance to visit on a weekday you can probably get seated right away. The interior is beautiful and really sets the atmosphere as a cozy and comfortable spot to enjoy a well-made morning meal. Giving it 4 stars because I'm not really satisfied with their menu- everything on it is fine but after dining there many times I've yet to find a "go-to" dish and the specials they introduce are not that appealing to me.
Excellent breakfast and brunch restaurant. I'm worried that I'm posting a review because it is a small place and now there will be too many people going. We ordered the pork belly eggs benedict. So good.
