Best restaurant downtown St. Catharines for eclectic, interesting food. Every bite is fantastic. If you are interested in a modern vibe and a forward thinking menu, try Bolete. Theres a time and place for wings and burgers (you can find plenty downtown,) its not here and thats good. You will find yourself trying to get a bit of each detail and ingredient on your fork for each taste and its worth it. The staff goes above and beyond. They remembered a food allergy we requested almost a year later and adjusted the meal without prompt.
Came by for some drinks and starters with a small group of friends. Great decor and a very well lit dining room. Staff were friendly but the service was a bit slow. We ordered our drinks before our food and got the food first. Great drink menu, but the drinks are incredibly strong. Some drinks were too strong to be enjoy6without diluting them.

Food is ok at best, very expensive but very small portions.. Could almost get better bang for your buck at mc ds.. But this place is very well decorated, lighting is perfect. Great place to take a date.
