AR Malton is owned by Francesco Giavannone. He contracted me to paint the building he bought and renovated at 88 Queenston. I finished the work as contracted and he didn't pay me for my work. My phone calls and emails went unanswered. I had to call from my aunt's place so that he wouldn't recognize my number. Once again he promised that he would pay and be fair, but he has done neither. That was August. Now I have to take him to court to recover what's owed. He owes me nearly $10 000. He's a cheat.

This Company does not abide by contracts !!!! Starts roofing in the midst of winter, does not lay underlayment as stated by the contract, does not install roof vents when extra roof vents was suggested by him, then sends his workers out to install them on a finished roof, cutting holes when there were already the vent holes and covering them up with just shingles ??? New shingles blew off after 3 months exposing just bare wood !!!! I wonder WHY ?????
