So I’m actually curious to know why the 18 wheelers delivering your Product can’t pull onto your property to do their delivery? Can you explain how it’s safe for 3 18 wheeler trucks to just sit in the middle of Welland avenue and idle between Niagara street and Page street? I bet it won’t be so legal after a car accident happens or a pedestrian is struck as a result of them being unable to see the eastbound traffic coming down Welland Avenue because your delivery trucks are obstructing the views of everyone travelling southbound off of Page Street. This has happened 2 days in a row now. Not to mention that your delivery trucks completely block traffic attempting to pull into the parking lots of surrounding businesses from the opposite side of Welland Ave. This has been going on for over 16 years. Do better!
They have everything you need for roofing but the guy behind the counter useless for information you better know what you're talking about before you go there
I own a roofing company in toronto. Came here to do a friends roof and had buy my bundles from Herman’s, I use iko Cambridge mostly and pay $21.90 at all the suppliers in toronto but for some reason Herman’s is charging $28 a bundle. Not only did I get ripped off because I overpaid for shingles the customer service was absolutely terrible and the staff were all miserable. With the exception of one gentleman that works there that helped me load bundles, I didn’t get his name but it was a very friendly guy and hopefully rubs off on the other people that work there.
I've dealt with the Niagara Falls, St Catharines and Port Colborne stores. Every store I've been into has been an excellent experience. If you read about the company and its history you'll realize it started from good roots and those positive aspects have grown with its growth. Fabulous fabulous fabulous chain of stores.
