I found the sales rep Gary lacking and unprofessional when understanding what a finished job looked like and providing a somewhere in the ballpark kind of quote.this resulted in a costly extra to finish the first half of job properly and professionaly.then due to a unforseen issue with the down stairs we had to go with vynil that should have costed us less but Gary was tacking on like another $900.wound up paying for work done and sought another place to finish the job.on the bright side he did send in a good installer

We are very happy during installation! Mike and George was quiet a teamwork installing our carpet. They are punctual, clean, friendly, fast, efficient and well organized. Excellent teamwork!! Very impressive!! We are also very happy with the installation of our laminate floor by Curtis and his team. A job well done!
