My daughter and I visited the Bell store in the Pen Centre today for a new phone. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Carrie. She was very personable, friendly and took her time with us to go through account details, options and plans. She patiently completed the data transfer for my daughter and was very conversational the whole time. She was honestly fantastic, thank you so much Carrie!❤️
Went to get a new phone. The employee was very nice but when she asked for my ID (plastic license is expired but it has been renewed and I have the paperwork, valid until February 2026) she said we couldn't continue. I asked why and she said my license was expired. I said no isn't and here's the paperwork to prove it. She said it doesn't matter, she can't continue with the transaction. Again I asked, if a cop pulls me over and I hand this to him, he goes about his business and wishes me a good day BECAUSE I HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE! I do not possess a passport as I REFUSE to go to our neighbouring communist country. So because I did what I was suppose to do, I still can't complete a transaction with a COMPLETELY VALID LEGAL DOCUMENT that any other place in the world would accept as valid? Bye bye Bell, I've already ordered my phone (at a much better price, I must add) from Koodo and now I am looking to replace my internet as well. Now you go from $2,000 a year to nothing! Zero, zip, nada! Bell has lost it customer service COMPLETELY and is far overpriced compared to most. Do some shopping around before you stop at Bell, you'll thank me! ?
Derek was extremely helpful and kind during the process of getting a new phone and changing plans. He took the time to explain everything, wrote it all down and gave us time to process it. He set up the new phone and made sure we had everything set to go before we walked out. He is amazing and what he does and had SO much patience throughout the whole experience! Absolutely would recommend Derek, and we will be back next time we need anything with our phones, thanks again we appreciate it all!
Krista was amazing and single-handedly convinced us (without trying) to switch from Rogers to Bell. Krista’s level of customer service and attention to detail is rare to find these days and we were taken care of every step of the way.
