This was our 2nd time we have used Enterprise Truck rental in the past few months and each time our experience exceeded our expectations. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the truck was new and very clean and the pricing was very fair. Thank you Enterprise.
Ever since my sons left home for school and now setting up their own homes and careers, I've used St. Catharines Lake Street Enterprise truck rentals for their moves. I can't say enough about how helpful, honest, and friendly the staff at this location are. Trustworthiness is such an important business attribute to me.
Rented a truck July 26 for 24 hours. The service was of very high quality. All conditions were explained clearly and I received every copy of the rental agreement in my email. The truck performed as expected and it took care of my moving needs. The return process was smooth and I'm very happy with the service by Kevin. I will consider Enterprise trucks again the next time I need a truck.
Very friendly staff very understanding when I had to cancel the truck I had on hold very easy to deal with if I ever need a truck and in St Catherine's I'll be sure to be renting one from them
I won’t be using this company if I can help it. Since they have been purchased by Enterprise customer service is non-existent. I had a corporate account and rented trucks often with Discount but Enterprise nixed that and kicked me to the curb. They doubled my cost and made it unaffordable for me to do business with them. Also they are closed weekends so when I needed a truck on a holiday Monday you have to pick it up and pay for extra days. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I’m still waiting a month later. My business has gone to Uhaul and I suggest you should check them out. Sad to see another Canadian success story ruined by greedy Corporate America. I don’t understand how this purchase was approved by the government because the parent company has a monopoly and owns 3 rental banners: Alamo, Enterprise, and National.
I went there to rent a cube van we're 2 outside and the manager told was rent until the end of the week. Just because I wanted to do one way to Toronto.
Worst costumer service I've ever seen.My truck went in for repairs,they had to weeks to find me something similar in size.but instead tried to give me a toyota rav 4 after I refused it twice never again will I use this company.If I could give 0 stars I would
