I recently bought a Volkswagen Jetta 2016 from 5 stars motors and in my opinion I think they are really friendly and overall I had a good experience with them. The car is running smoothly as of now and i haven't had any problems.

Five Star Motors is the best ! Fabulous immaculate car, excellent, professional, helpful and friendly sales manager. I will refer anyone I know to go there first for a high quality, very fair priced vehicle. I may not go back, for a long time, because my car is so good it will last a long, long time.
Overall decent experience in the beginning. And then. .... Edit: came across more unexpected issues and I was helped adequately and fairly. Edit: 6 months down the road, all brake pads replaced, both front wheel hubs replaced, caliper replaced, thermostat changed twice, overheating issues, suspension creeky, summer set of rims and tires it came with are unbalancable (balanced three times already) Just a total loss at this point. The truth is when I brought up my first issues they tried to brush it off like it was nothing. So that mentality continued on and they barely agreed to cover some of the cost of the hub, caliper and pads. Now I have to change the other hub and have over heating issues. I will not contact them personally to rectify it as I know based on past experience they won't want to take responsibility. I truly hope this isn't a common occurrence with their other customers or vehicles. But I can tell you, I am not happy.
