We went to look at a car in mid afternoon. We called ahead to make sure the car was ready. The salesman was helpful but there was a language barrier. The car looked good, but it wouldn't start. The battery was dead. They didn't have a new one, so they had to charge it. By the time it was ready, it was dark. Their response to us pointing out issues with damaged and loose body panels and wires hanging down from under the dashboard was, we will fix. When we returned from the test drive, they ignored us. Needless to say, we didn't make a deal.
They deleted my original rating, which is funny They sold me a car with a $6000 accident on it lied about it. He said there was no accident on it until I went to go sell that car because it was having problems with it and they did a Carfax( a real one ) To find out that there was an accident on it. I spent 10 K cash on the car. It was a Chevy sonic.. And they only had the audacity to give me 5K back after going to the licensing bureau.. ( I can’t remember if that’s exactly what it’s called but it’s basically like lawyers that they have to answer to for being in business). And the only thing that saved their ass was I recently after the purchase got a new phone and our text messages didn’t transfer to my new phone.
Bought my Toyota Corolla here, and Stefan made sure everything was taken care of inside out! A very jolly and honest person! He also responded to my messages quickly even tho I seem to be annoying..LOL I was just super excited!! It is surely worth it and will not hesitate to purchase again!! Highly recommendable! They were super nice to speak with in the store and promised to change the tires & safety the vehicle. A few days after getting our car we noticed 2 tires seemed low on air, we didn't think anything of it and refilled. A week later same issue, we asked them to repair. They were good about repairing it but a few weeks later the tire blew out. Shortly after (less than 2 months after purchasing) we needed to change the oil. Then a month later noticed a leak and were the transmission (and another few weeks later) the power steering were shot. We use the car to get groceries once a week and have done 1 road trip to Montreal, we don't drive enough for this many problems. Honestly, they are very nice but I would reccommend if you purchase a vehicle from them to immediately take it to your own mechanic to make sure there aren't any major problems (not sure where they safety their cars) If we consider how much we paid for our car plus the cost (and roadside assistance) we might as well have bought the 2023 model.
Bought the car here and I was very happy. Had few issues with the car after few months but nothing serious. They helped me out find the cheapest parts and everything was fixed properly, thank you.
