David was insightful, professional and personable! I came in end of the day and he was patient to stay after hours to thoroughly detail the work I needed to do on my car and to talk about the next steps regarding insurance options. He was also kind enough to polish a small area that was lightly scratched and had a slight paint transfer prior to leaving for the end of the day. In the end I was left feeling assured when it came to the next steps. DY Autobody and Paint can expect future business and a highly recommended reference from me!
Absolutely wonderful repair and service. I thoroughly recommend David and his staff. He was by far the least expensive quote, but as an 80 plus single lady I was aware I could be told anything and had shopped around three other auto body shops. David was fair, honest, upfront and beyond helpful. My car looks like new, he did great job of replacing my car door after an accident. David kept me abreast of the repair process and even phoned me the following day after completion to make sure I was satisfied. A personal friend had been told of David through a a friend of his, and now I am recommending him to all my friends. Such a great company….rare to get such good service nowadays…
