Poor service, they won't pick up your call after getting paid. Make fake promsises and gonna make you visit there place again and again. They don't care about there customers. Worst experience. Big no
I had my vehicle with Basil for 2 years. Took for ever to get completed. While my vehicle was in their possession, my catalytic converter was stolen and the transmission lines were damaged due to the theft. Finally when my vehicle was return I had to replace the transmission because they drove the tranny with out enough fluid and destroyed third gear. In addition to sitting for so long I had to redo the entire brakes. Total cost for repairs on my end was $6700.00. Mind you he did replace the catalytic converter. Worst and most expensive experience of my life And body work repairs were substandard.
They did a really great job on my car, I was in an accident a few months ago and the damaged part of the vehicle now looks brand new. Their communication is great, answered like 100 of my questions with really nice friendly attitude. Def recommend this place
I regularly come here for any work that needs to be done on my car and everytime the work is done perfectly! Employees here are super helpful and kind and are great and letting you know what was done to the car. Price is great and will continue to get my car serviced here!
Recently experienced a fender bender where my car needed to be repaired. So, I took my car in to get an estimate, when I explained the situation with Basil, he provided me with a very reasonable quote. After some hassle with the situation that brought me to this shop, Basil was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process, and went above and beyond to stand by his word, which was greatly appreciated and can't thank him enough for that. When I picked my car up, the work that was done was done extremely well and I was very pleased with the end results. Highly recommend Basil and his team!
I've had a couple of "fender benders" and Basil and the staff of Precision Collision did a marvelous job of repairing! The replacement pieces fit perfectly, and the paint match, superb! My car looks brand new! So happy with the work done there!! The staff is very friendly and will do a super job for you too!! Honestly, they're the best!!
