I would give a 0 star if there is such an option. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff working here. He takes pleasure in creating troubles for customers. I'm actually glad that they didn't give me a car even though I had a fully paid reservation. I could imagine that this company would try to rip off the customer from angles. AVOID this place by all means!
I have been renting cars from this location for more than 8 yrs. They are friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot in renting cars during the pandemic. I will definitely keep going back , and I recommend them for whoever needs a car . When you face any problem, talk to Omar he is very helpful.
Thank you to the kind man, for saving my back and taking me down the street with all my groceries. Car isn't working today and with the heat I was doubting I'd get home, thank you to my lifesaver!!
Avoid at all costs for your own mental well being. they want a $750 hold on your card and dont offer pickup or drop off, any issue you miss due to not seeing the fine print is routed to an offshore call centre that is fully scripted and they will find any and all grounds to take your money for late cancellation by 5 minutes. RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!
Unbelievable rude people if I can give them below zero or mines rate I would they are weird people I never met person like that the person on the disk was very rude and doing like investigation on my look and he keep asking me if I gonna using the car on Uber or not and why my look now is different than 6 years ago on my ID he was very bad and then he cancelled the reservation and kick me out of the office without reason and broke my plan to do my jobs done with car and Ifee that I got really bad disrespectful from them i won’t ever back there anyone see my review I really recommend do not go there I swear I never met rude and bad person like that they are in st.paul st

a rubbishy leader of this budget and avis. they rental more than what they have. and you just wait until they find it and missing some important dates. (i was wait for 1 day until i cancelled it)also, they can do nothing and just let you do it buy yourself. They can do nothing that you book from their website. She just said she never use their website and can't refund your money. You have do it by yourself and no car. Please avoid it, that you could have a good experience.!!! better to have discount car company and enterprise. they can pick you up and send you back. Almost waiting for 3 weeks, i still not get my money back. I just call the number they did not give me any useful responses.
