I hired Robin for catering my wedding with 60 guests at Balls Falls and the food was amazing. This isn’t an easy venue for a caterer as their is only a small kitchen with limited cooking ability and very little prep space but you would never know this by the taste and presentation of the food. I had a lot of compliments on the food from all of my guests even from my polish family who aren’t always easy to please. Robin was very easy to work with from the initial consultation, planning stages, set up and the day of. Staff were all very professional and friendly and our bartender Melissa was amazing. I had never used Robin's before and was a bit nervous as my family is very picky and we were having a gathering for my mom's 80th. Everything turned our great. The guests loved the food. Robin's service was very spot on, timely and professional. He went the extra mile for me as well and I really appreciate it. I will definitely refer him and use him again!
Robin was a pleasure to work with. He understood our vision clearly and was able to add his own flare to make it even better. He used all locally sourced & mainly organic ingredients with garnishes from his own garden. Our pre-event tasting was personal and fully customized. Robin was very open to all feedback on our taste preferences. He was very understanding about the covid rule challenges and ever changing numbers. He never held it against us, and always looked out for our best interest. His pricing for food and staff is accurate and honest. His staff were professional, clean and timely. Everyone loved their meal and we hope to hire him again for future events.

Chef Robin was a fantastic caterer for our wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake! He was extremely helpful to us from start to finish, and he always had great food suggestions to help us plan our event. We also appreciated that he was very accommodating after we had to revamp the menu several times to meet guests' changing dietary requests. Chef Robin has a lot of experience, and it's clear that he loves working with food very much. Furthermore, we loved how he used seasonal and local ingredients in many of our dishes. In the end, many guests told us Robin's food was some of the best they ever had at a wedding, and we couldn't have asked for more. We were blown away by how good everything tasted!
