Recommended!! This is the best kiosk in the whole mall which provides great service every time. Specially, Shubh was very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Shreya at the Pen Center was very helpful even offered to put sim card in my phone. Monthly plan less then half of what I was paying with Rogers. Will be back there to get my daughter's phone set up soon as well :-)
I would do less. I set up a phone for my underage son and they didn't put me on the account despite my asking if I could still make changes if they didn't. Now they have my money but won't talk to me because I'm not on the account. We left because they randomly shut down the account even though we prepaid.
I went here yesterday to get my kid a phone, the customer service from the employee was amazing (shubham) but THE SUN COMING THROUFH THE GLASS WAS WAY TO BRIGHT. I suggest tinting the windows
