I feel I am entitled to the 100,000 PC points yet told at the last moment that I do not qualify. .. I am not happy... after signing a 2 year Bell Samsung s25 FE contract. I will now be pursuing this matter further with Loblaws who owns this company and yet there is no head office number to complain about MOBILE SHOP? Poorly trained salesreps. some of whom are abusive and do not want to help customers who have signed contracts with other sales reps.. I am now forced to pay one month in advance to horrible Bell Mobility. I have not even been a customer for 4 days. I get a Bell authorized deal to come to my house 5 days later for no reason and without my consent to discuss internet services. None of this was discussed by the Sales REPS .COINCIDENCE? Nope sleazy Bell business tactics. I will prefer dealing with Best Buy instead. . I do not recommend this company and Loblaws should be ashamed of themselves...
Priyam did an amazing job helping me get a new phone with an excellent plan that works both in Canada and the States. If possible you should definitely give him a raise I will be referencing everyone to come here.
Thank goodness I decided to drop in to the Mobile Shop after shopping at Zehrs, Fairview Mall. We were in the market for new iPhones and had enquired at other retail shops but were waiting for the best deal we could find. Well, we found it at The Mobile Shop. The staff here were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I dealt with Pri, the manager, He was very generous with his time and point of sale offer. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. The cooperative arrangement between Zehrs and the Mobile Shop is win - win - win. I strongly recommend The Mobile Shop.
My husband and I both upgraded our phones. We were helped by an associate Priyam at the St Catherine’s location Zehrs . He was very helpful and stayed past closing to help us with setting up our new phones. he was very friendly. We were even offered bonus pc points if we upgraded our phones on the day, I was inquiring about it. Thanks again Priyam

usually dread the time it takes to go thru an upgrade...however the guys here made the experience ..tolerable..and even had a few laughs....got a great deal on my new phone...very pleased and highly recommend!
Although I did not buy my phone from Seth, he is very knowledgeable about his job and the cellphone market. I had many questions about pre-ordering a phone and so on and he explained everything very detailedly and professionally.
