I had a wonderful experience when I went to BestBuy Mobile at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario. This is the second time that I have been there to purchase a new iPhone. The first purchase was in April, 2022 and the second was December 19, 2025. Both times I had the pleasure to be helped by Tiffanie Baker, the Store leader. She is an absolute joy to deal with. Her willingness to help and her lovely personality made my experience a memorable one. She is extremely knowledgeable and her patience is to be admired, my husband and I appreciate the time she took to walk us through the purchase. I am so happy with my new phone!
Zach was great to work with. He helped me set up a new phone for my grandma, transferred all her data, got it activated on a plan, and handled the number port with no issues. He was friendly, patient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really appreciated the level of care he showed. Excellent customer service!
I drove my husband to Pen Centre, it was 2 weeks ago perhaps, as he needed to make a return. After that, he went into Best Buy to purchase an iPhone auxiliary cord that would plug into my iPhone and auxiliary port in the car in order to get Carplay. He spoke with Michael who came back to the car with my husband to see if his cord would do the trick and it did perfectly. Michael said he would walk back to Best Buy to get the cord. We said please get in the car we’ll drive you back to the entrance. Michael asked if we were sure and we said absolutely, get in. My husband went into the store with Michael to purchase a cord. We can’t say enough about Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we would get the right cord. He’s a very impressive, polite, professional young man and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting him. We’ll definitely be back to Best Buy in the Pen Center if we need anything. Best Buy is very lucky to have Michael as an employee. There is a gentleman that helped me get an iPhone 16 pro a couple of months ago. He was amazing to work with. Was hoping you guys would be able to help me get into contact with him. I had his number and he has mine but everything on my phone deleted and now I can’t find it. He was African American, early 20s and loves soccer. My sister is looking for a phone and I’m hoping he can help me out again. Thanks!
I was misled by the store leader at Best Buy Mobile, Camille Jennings, who falsely claimed that Freedom Mobile would provide access to Rogers towers. That turned out to be completely false, and I was left with terrible service, hundreds in unexpected costs, and hours of wasted time. I dealt with Akshat Rawat to resolve it—but nothing was truly fixed. I ended up switching back to Rogers at my own expense. Absolutely unacceptable.
Great experience! I was searching all over for a particular phone case but could not find it anywhere until I came here. The store clerk named Mann was so helpful and fast in finding the item I wanted, he is also knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about. I will definitely return here for all my phone and electronic needs!
It was time to upgrade again 2 years goes fast !! iPhone 14 Pro Max great phone , time for the new iPhone 16 Pro Max , camera is amazing !! Was with Telus for a long time , wasn’t going to change as had good service with them !! Rogers gave us a Boxing Day deal 3 lines moved $550 gift cards Telus was giving 0 !! Bill went down $30 a month ( each of us ) and the $70 change fee is given back over 7 months !! Ginette got a new iwatch and we still got some accessories for our new stuff !! The service was top notch and they spent over 2 hours getting everything fixed up 4 us .
