This business is fast efficient and their prices are very comparible. The man there is very nice and helpful. We found this place through a friend. Took an iphone in to get the screen replaced after it got the black screen of death. He fixed the screen very quickly and tested the phone to make sure that was the problem. We found out that was not the problem and a part needed to be replaced as well. He went absolutely ABOVE and beyond to fix the phone for me and at no extra cost. He was extremely polite and respectful. This was the absolute best customer service I have ever received. I will only be going to United Mobile from now on for all my repairs. Amazing experience!
I bought my re-conditioned Apple phone from United Mobile about a year ago at a very reasonable price and it is still working great. My husband bought his phone around the same time, and accidentally opened his phone up to pop-up ads. Even a year or so later, United took the time to look at the problem, assess it and take measures to clean up the problem, NO CHARGE!. That kind of integrity is such a testimony to the business and the employee's attitude towards their products and customers. I strongly recommend United because they really, really do back the products they sell.
Charged me $300 cash for a $100 screen replacement. Total scam of a place. No wonder people go to bigger stores with genuine customer support than these shady shops.
