I was in the St. Catharines area and came to Crossfit Reva as a visitor for a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend this gym as they have such a nice and welcoming community environment. All the coaches and members were very helpful and supportive. If you are thinking about trying crossfit, this is the place to go the people are fantastic!
