Dropped in for a nogi class while visiting family for xmas. First off, this is the nicest facility I've ever trained at: 2 large mat spaces, a ring, a lounge, gym equipment area, clean bathrooms, showers. Everyone was very welcoming. The BJJ instructor, Vince, taught some Williams guard techniques including a slick choke I've never seen before. Got in a few good rolls and overall it was a very enjoyable visit. I'll probably be back next xmas!
Best martial arts gym in St. Catharines and Niagara region! Quality facility and coaches makes every class challenging while being fun. The community within the gym is also superb. Great people makes training easier. Highly recommended for people of all ages and skill level, I joined with no martial arts background and I'm loving it!
The guys at front desk are just awful, no interest on showing the place to new members, or let them watch a class just because they got there a few minutes late, I won't recommend this club, Niagara falls has better clubs and far more friendly staff
