Repairs are done fast and thoroughly - have never had a single issue with them. I checked prices in other stores in St Catharines and Karat's prices were the lowest. My girlfriend loves them as well - they made a custom made ring for her and it is absolutely gorgeous! The owner and the staff are very polite and welcoming - they make you feel very comfortable and actually take their time to explain you everything about their products and services regardless of your budget.
