Visited for a simple watch repair (Fossil), and am very happy and thankful for the 'while-you-wait' repair. $17 to have another-wise dead and useless watch up and running again is fair to me. The friendly staff also gave my youngest child a freebie toy to keep her occupied.
Fantastic sales staff, no pressure environment, great selection and advice you can trust. Have been a customer for years and they are my "go to" for jewellery. Great warranty on their products prove how much they trust their quality.
Had my wedding band resized ....first lady sized it a whole size.wrong and after 1 month of waiting for it it was too small when I went in for fitting.... then they were not aure sure if they could make it larger.without ruining the ring. They called and said it was an extra 80$ so I said forget it I'll take my ring elsewhere cause it was their mistake in the first place. Another lady came out and explained the 80$ was not mandatory and was optional extra treatment of some sort such I said no thanks....where as the previous lady didn't make it sound optjonal at all (same one who sized me wrong) the other lady resized me correctly and I finally got my.ring back after about 7 weeks.
Love this store and all of the staff. Everyone is always so courteous and helpful. The only place I would head in the Niagara peninsula if I wanted to buy good quality jewellery.
My partner and I worked with Doug to design a custom wedding ring. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly professional and attentive to our ideas. He did all he could to learn about the (unusual) stone we wanted to use. He kept us posted on the progress and make the entire process a dream.
