I bought balloons for my daughter’s 14th birthday party the evening before the party. By morning, the small ones were on the floor. It looks awful and she is very sad cause 14 is important and they can’t even take pictures like this. I went to that store almost every year and it was fine before. I can’t believe I paid $60 for nothing. I wold like my money back. Plus the customer service is terrible. Those girls are no help but I thought at least they inflate balloons…..they can’t even do that properly. So bad, I will tell all my friends and never go there again.
Bought these 330 pm yesterday. by the evening they were already starting to drop but the store was closed so I couldn’t call. By 6am they were basically touching the floor. Called as soon as party city opened and they wouldn’t replace them. No where on the receipt does it guarantee for only 12 hours and I was not verbally told any of this at purchase. I followed all directions the worker gave me. Such a disappointment. I refuse to purchase a whole new set of balloons from them and our party is in 20 minutes… so unfortunately our 4 yo son will have to go without. Thanks Party City :) Edited to say that I gave two stars because the customer service in the store was very nice yesterday and it’s not their problem the company gives such a horrible guarantee with their products.

Save yourself the hassle and go to buck or two in grantham plaza! I bought 2 balloons because their selection is good. Several months later I went in to buy a couple more and get all 4 filled because the event was postponed due to Covid and the lady was rude and uncooperative about filling the 2 balloons I previously bought. She said she had to recharge us for the 2 previously bought because we didn't have a receipt and we could've bought them anywhere ....like where else has the same balloons!?!
I visited Party City today looking for a Disney themed costume to wear with my team at work for Halloween. A very kind associate named Amy helped me with all that I asked for and she was extremely helpful. Personally, I had no idea what I wanted to dress up as but with her enthusiasm and thorough knowledge of where things were placed around the store helped me come up with a costume. She too was dressed up in a very creative costume which was super inviting. Definitely deserves recognition because people with energy and good vibes like her sets an example of customer service standards within retail. We need more associates like her! Thank you Amy! UPDATE --- Another nice associate helped over a call today, Madison. Very efficient and kind!
Whomever was working the cash with a cat costume on 10/23/21 had the absolute worst attitude. If you don't want to be there and have zero customer service skills, get a new job.
Went to pick up ballon orders on two separate occasions and both times the store was chaotic and unorganized. Difficulty finding orders, no clear lines for pick ups/cash out/orders. Most recently, this past weekend, 3 out 4 workers didn’t have their masks on while interacting closely with customers. Extremely disappointing to see and will not be back.
