Was at this store last night just before closing. The staff member was absolutely amazing! I was looking for some specific items for a baby shower that the store did not have but she came up with some great alternative ideas! I was pleasantly surprised at all the stock they had. I over heard her talking to other customers about an item that just came in stock that n other store in the area has and people were thrilled as it was in high demand! I will definately be back!
Bought balloons for my dad’s 50th and within 2 hours one was deflated. I couldn’t go back to see for a replacement because they close at 5 on Saturday. At $20 per ballon I would expect it to stay inflated longer than a couple hours. I’m beyond angry with this now. Picture attached. 2 hours apart. Never had contact with each other, didn’t touch walls or anything else, removed from bags immediately when getting home.
When I was 3 years old I went to this party max and was so thoroughly enamoured with a stunning blue balloon that I stole it. I was then forced to return it once my law abiding mother when saw me holding it in the car. It was the most heart shattering day of my life.
Their prices are reasonable. However I’m not impressed that one of the foil balloons I got was deflated 2 hours later, the balloon ripped along the seam, couldn’t even use it at my daughters party. The balloon weights also were paper light
I am a frequent customer at party max. And I always look forward to my time there Every single time I visit the store the staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and tidy, I can locate everything with ease. I will always go there for my party needs, and that’s quite often as a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 5!
So I called the store and I was looking for some specific items like my contacts (which I've only found here) and I was beyond impressed with the service and knowledge of one worker named jordanna she was attentive and tried her best too find what I was looking for, I was more then satisfied and recommend this store too everyone ?
Great little party shop! Excellent selection for every occasion. Prices are very reasonable and the service was terrific! Only downside was not a stroller friendly entrance but help was offered to make it easier!
