I have been dealing with toms for a while now and i love how nice everyone is they will go out of there way to help u out
This is a UPS pick up point and I have tried TWICE now to retrieve my parcel. Friday evening, I arrived at 7:50pm to obtain a package that was delivered that day that I needed for a client before I commutes for work for the weekend, AND had paid for express shipping, only to be told that she had closed the back early so she could do whatever she was doing behind the counter.I come from a service background and absolutley we all like to get out of work a little bit early but the fact of the matter is that you provide goods and services until you close at 8pm. All your closing duties are just that, closing duties. Now, I have just arrived AGAIN, after a three hour commute back home, at 7:15pm, to try to obtain this package once again and it is CLOSED, due to unforeseen circumstances.
I found this pharmacy very professional and accommodating especially pharmaceutical staff. The front cash is also friendly but it is part of their job to keep their eye on you. Some people are not honest and like to steal
What a uncomfortable unwelcoming place. Every time I walk in there, the moment I get in the door the lady is quick to ask "what can I help you with?" making me feel untrusted and unwanted.
