I went to cornerstone therapy and wellness,Tom was great he took the time to listen to my issues. I really like he took the time to explain things to me during the treatment. I have been to other clinics in the past and fely rushed, felt like an assembly line, at Cornerstone it was totally different. I highly recommend Cornerstone, be sure to ask for Tom
I've seen Vanessa for physiotherapy a number of times (I get injured a lot) and I've always had a great experience. I trust her evidence based approach and have gotten back into climbing and skiing after seeing her for help with sports related injuries. Highly recommended!

I have suffered from chronic shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. I have been in to see both chiropractors (Dr. Tom & Dr. Newton) as well as the physiotherapist, Vanessa. All three practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! There is a real focus here on truly getting me back in tip-top shape. The chiropractors and physiotherapist work together to give me a really great treatment plan! I have also attended a few of the Joga classes that they have on Tuesday nights and it's a really great time!I highly recommend this clinic.
