Unfortunately, I've needed physiotherapy services a few times in the past 8 years. Fortunately, I found Lifemark withTodd & Wally and the crew. I had shoulder surgery and they were diligent and encouraging in my recovery getting better than expected results. Currently seeing physio Jenna and along with Wally again to get my knee back where it needs to be. If you need these services, do yourself a favour and attend Lifemark!!!
After being off work for 18 months following two surgeries for throat cancer, it was time for me to get ready for my job again. My insurance company recommended Lifemark Physiotherapy on Pelham Rd in St Catharines and I'm glad that I got to work with them. The staff was wonderful. Todd did the intake interview and introduced me to Wally who would be taking me through my paces to build up strength, mobility and endurance in my shoulder (there was some nerve damage from the second surgery). I can't say enough good things about this office. I was always greeted and made very welcome by awesome staff, shown exactly what exercises were needed to help me (and explained the why and how each exercise would help me) and was given a clear picture of what my goals should be, daily, weekly and by the end of the physiotherapy period. Progress reports and updates were on a regular basis so that I would know how far I had come, what I needed to do on my own time, and what needed to be worked on next. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office to anyone who needs the help.

I spent 2 years at Lifemark Physiotherapy Pelham/Glendale after a very serious car accident in 2015 going 2 to 3 times per week. I had multiple back fractures, a fractured right ankle and nerve damage in my back.My team was Jenna, Wally, and Rob with help from Wally and Courtney. Carla at the front desk was always profession and helpful.I felt very damaged when I arrived and my team encouraged, supported and helped me to realize there was still a light at the end of the tunnel. I worked very hard and always did what was instructed even on days when I didn't feel like it. Rob was paramount in my recovery. I spent many hours in his office crying and having no hope of a "normal" future. He helped me realize that I could be the best I could be. With a lot of counselling and hard work I believed in myself again. Rob always told me I was tenacious lol. I came out of this a much stronger and happy woman who believes I can do anything.Thanks again to all of your for everything you have done for me.Christel Dingillo
