I called to report gas coming into my window from a gas exhaust outside. The person said they would text me back regarding a service call that they would do in a few days. Nobody contacted me after a week. I called the company again and was told "they probably just haven't got to it yet". Gas smell in a home? "haven't got to it " in a week? I expected better.
I really appreciated the service Ed & Brian provided. They were thorough, open and honest about the repair, and gave me options to consider in terms of repair and replacement. I will be calling Ed's Pipeworks again.
