Very nice people, but they installed my shower incorrectly and it leaks. Once the problem was identified, a couple months later as we had to finish the rest of the bathroom, it was very hard to get them to do anything more than look at the problem and disappear. After dealing with supervisors the owner did not call me back personally to try to resolve the problem despite my request. The offer from the supervisor because of their mistake was to reinstall again at no charge, but I had to tear out the tiles and remove other finishes on top of the shower and replace at my own expense. After their first bill I didnt have any more money because I only budgeted to do the work once. Since Sept 2017 (now May 2018) the shower has been unusable. Very disappointed.
I had Scott come in and fix the hardware in my bathtub. He was professional, courteous and made sure I understood the costs before he began.I'll definitely use them again.

The staff were friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, this was a negative experience anyways. We paid thousands to do plumbing in our new/renovated bathrooms. Its almost a year later and we still cant use our new shower. They installed a shower base either incorrectly or it was warped and defected. Either way they took it from a box and installed it. We trusted the professionals to tell us if it wasnt right or defective. If we knew we had to inspect the products and their work we would have looked elsewhere. The new shower leaks into the room below. So its unusable The options given to us is ugly plastic tiles on top of our custom ordered new tiles to block the water or we can remove one foot of our tile work, rip out and replace the shower base so they can try to install a new one (free install) so we can custom order replacement tiles and pay to have those done again. Unfortunately, we dont have the money to do it over. Shocked they wont stand behind their work. Really sorry we trusted this company and wasted our money.
Very positive and satisfied experience. Critical plumbing issue of a ruptured main water line in a very inconvenient location (in ceiling, over a wall join, exceedingly tight spot).Go Green was the first available plumber to respond to the calls for help I put out and was prompt, professional and capable.Quality of the work is not only to my eye well done but performed with minimal collateral damage; no small feat considering the nature of the problem and structural location.I will absolutely use Go Green again for plumbing issues or calls.Thanks to technician Aaron for a great job when I needed the help.
