Best place to go! Friendly staff & the dr is very nice and helpful. I had been to a few other vets and felt like they were rushing me or not giving me full details of certain things, I was looking for A new place to go to & I am so happy I picked here.

Lovely place, the doctor is patient and obviously cares a lot. When I brought my cat in with a possible eye infection he didnt jump right into antibiotics and just prescribed a gel to help her fight it on her own, and it worked wonders. I feel lucky to be able to be a client here.
Dr Chivers and staff are very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. It makes me happy to see that they work with Niagara Action for Animals, helping animals and giving back to the community.
Read the reviews on the site and was very impressed with all the positive feedback. So I called today to book an appointment for my cat. Was told unfortunately the doctor is NOT taking any new patients. Don't you think this information should be on your website. Don't bother calling this office they don't want you as a patient! If I could give a 0 star I would of but 1 is the lowest. Pretty disappointed...
