My mom went there for an oil change since the dash on her Honda CRV said it was overdue, however she had plenty of mileage left for the oil in the car. The mechanic (Not sure who it was) did not change the oil and re-set the dash and told my mom she did not have to get her oil changed. It's nice to see that there is still some honest people out there helping the elderly or the hard working citizens. Thank you for helping my elderly mom and being honest with her.
Al is absolutely amazing. Sister has had her car fixed there and my mother also got her car fixed there. No problems at all. Great and friendly staff. No upselling just honest to god good people. Also service was very fast!
I had a very disappointing experience at this car repair shop. My appointment was at 10 AM, but I arrived at 10:10 AM. After waiting 10 minutes in line, I finally spoke with an associate who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me that I was late and refused to accommodate me despite a minor delay. I had taken time off work and was coming from a distance, yet he insisted that I either leave my car or book another appointment for the next day. I was ready to wait for a diagnosis, but he refused to allow it. Saying I can not wait in shop. He could have simply asked me to wait, but he failed to deliver even this basic level of customer service. This lack of flexibility and courtesy means I will never return. This experience was a complete waste of my time and a loss of business for them. Avoid this shop if you value your time and want courteous service.
Amazing service & Amazing employees. Called this morning as my car has been acting up with idling issues and they were able to get me in same day. Within 30 mins of my appointment it was fixed. Amazing customer service care! Highly recommend
I’ve been to see Al at master mechanic several times now over the last few months and he and his staff are always friendly and accommodating. Today I went in for a brake inspection and the end result was the calipers needed cleaning and lubricant as they were dried up. Problem solved once again!! Al was busy with other customers but he was kind enough to squeeze in my Mazda 3 in the afternoon … thanks Al!
