Fast, honest, and reasonable! I was a first time customer of Scott's today, I actually found them through Google, and they were the top auto repair shop on Yelp in St. Catharines. I gave them a call, a real person picked up right away, and they found a way to slot me in that day (it was a bit urgent). They did a great job, were fast, and prices are very reasonable. They're also not at all pushy! I know very little about cars and it's great to have an honest local provider. These guys will be my go-to from now on!
When it came time for me to purchase new winter tires, my son recommended Scott's Automotive. Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to educate me, and provided his knowledgeable advice. On installation day, service was swift; his team are efficient. I can definitely understand why my son raves about Scott's professionalism, customer care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend. They (the receptionist) overcharged me roughly $50 or so for an oil change and lied about how much oil my car needed. On top of that, they didn’t even change the filters in my car which usually comes standard with an oil change. Will never go back.
Worst shop ever save further problems take your car elsewhere find a real mechanic who doesn't rush or over book was there 4 or 5 times for ac paid no refund and ac still doesn't work and spent 1000s save yourself a bad experience u been warned
